Did Donald Trump’s son break New York State law by posting a shot of his ballot?

Eric Trump is a proud son that he tweeted a pic of what appears to be his own filled-in ballot, showing off his vote for his dad on election day.

He posted it to his 560,000 Twitter followers saying … “It is an incredible honor to vote for my father!” But that was illegal.

The 32-year-old Trump immediately took down the tweet after someone pointed it out to him.

The law prevents voters from publicizing their picked candidates at the polls especially in social media. It’s a misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine and a year in jail.
