Manny Pacquiao scored six knockdowns and dominated virtually every minute of the fight against Chris Algieri. And eventually won a unanimous decision at the Venetian Macao’s Cotai Arena in Macau on Sunday morning.

Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KO) dropped Algieri (20-1, 8 KO) six times, throwing his foe with huge and heavy combinations. On the few rounds, we also saw the ‘Pacman’ showing off his speed which gave Algieri a bit of trouble escaping his blows. However, we must say Algieri has an impressive stamina.

Scores were 120-102, 119-103 and 119-103, all for Pacquiao, who retained the WBO Welterweight Championship with the victory.

Overall, the fight was obviously not that much of a fight that the challenger from Huntington, New York was loosing and unable to withstand the champ.

For us, it was more fun seeing Pacquiao’s mother, Dionisia, as she does her chants and prayers for her son. She even entered the ring after the fight and circled around the it holding a rosary.

And of course, one of the best thing to watch is the after-fight-interview. It was interesting hearing ‘Pacman’ reprising his famous line from a recent Foot Locker advertisement that went viral. “He’s going to fight me?” Pacquiao said with a smile when asked about a fight against Floyd Mayweather. Watch it below.
